Warbirds and Airshows- Tico Airshow 2008

Duxford is the first RAF base that received Spitfires in 1939 and is now known as the home of the Spitfire, as there are 15-16 currently based out of around 60 that still exist. Several that are based at Duxford paticpatedi the show with a couple of others coming in from other locations. One of the most notable differences between this show and those in North America is the fact that most of the warbirds perform one at time and are for the most part aerobatic.
