This was the first year for this resurrected show that stopped about 8-10 years ago.  Although the weekend was one of the hottest of the summer there was an enthusiastic crowd and for a start-up show several excellent warbirds.  Price of the ticket for the show also included admission to the Chanute Aviation Museum, which was the promoter of the event.
